The Mambila people live principally on the Mambila Plateau in Nigeria, but there is a significant population and several important dialects, on the Cameroun side. Mambila art has been the subject of some commercialisation, and certain types of masks are commonly sold by dealers in both Nigeria and Cameroun, in addition to the tadep figures.
